SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia, as it’s a traceable and secure service and delivery is generally made within several days of your order, pending on your location. Standard shipping charge is $9.95 for bulky/heavy items a different shipping charge will apply.

Bulky/Heavy Items
All shipping is subject to volume and weight and in some instances the freight charge may be greater than the standard freight charge of $9.95. You will be notified of this at the point of purchase.

Important
When your order is shipped we will send you an email notifying you that it has been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. You can than track the delivery of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au/track and entering your tracking number. If your not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they will leave you a card indicating the option of another delivery time or alternatively direct you to your local Post Office.

RETURN POLICY

Emery Surfboards may exchange or give a credit note (valid for 3 months from issue date) for a change of mind purchase subject to the following conditions:
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original docket, after being issued an RA number by Emery
• Does not apply to goods returned for sales purposes
•Does not apply to sales of Surfboards or Surf Accessories, only applied to Emery Tees
• Returns must be in new condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Returns due to change of mind are only allowed with the product is returned as-new condition and not used, worn, marked or damaged.
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. We are only responsible for freight charges for returns of faulty goods. In any other situation the customer is responsible for all related freight charges.
• Please allow approximately one week for processing of your return once received
Refund will only be made on damaged or faulty goods.

Returns that do not follow the above procedures will not be accepted.

If for any reason you would like to return the product to us please follow the simple instructions below:

Email sales@emerysurfboards for a Return Authorization (RA) Number, you must quote your invoice number along with reason for return in the email. Once we receive your email we will reply with the RA Number.
Pack the item together with a copy of your invoice in a traceable Australia Post package (we are not liable for lost return parcels) and clearly mark on the invoice yoru RA Number.

Faulty Goods

Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Tees are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
