HOW TO ORDER YOUR USA CUSTOM EMERY SURFBOARD

1. Check out the full Emery Surfboard Models range here and choose which Emery model you would like to order.

2. E-mail or Phone us with your order, be sure to include your name, contact details and the full order details including fin system, logo colours and dimensions.

3. Emery Surfboards will then confirm your order with you via e-mail, including an invoice for payment via PayPal. This can be paid using your bank account, visa or MasterCard, or your PayPal account.

4. Your board will be designed by Al Emery himself and sent to the AKU Machine to be CNC cut.

5. An Emery Surfboard trained finish shaper will finish your board off which takes place under the roof of PureGlass in Costa Mesa, California.

6. Your board will then be laminated and sanded by PureGlass and prepared for pick up or delivery. Once your board is finished you will be contacted by PureGlass.
